How do we contribute to sustainability through education innovation? It might require a co-creation of lecturers and students.

The Honours course entitled "Communicating sustainability in an intercultural context" right serves such an interest. Since its launch, it attracted 85 students from the whole University to enroll in. The three-month honours course facilitated the students to conduct hands on research through a comparative approach. While reflecting on this course, the participants agreed on its great value, combing education innovation with clear societal relevance and addressing the global issue of sustainability with a local solution.

During her talk, Dr. Yijing Wang will share with you how the honors course is developed, why it is highly valued by the EUR students, and what challenges you may face when designing an education innovation project on the topic of sustainability.

This talk is meant for EUR lecturers and support staff. Please sign up by reserving a free ticket in our ticket shop!
