What will you learn during Intercultural Communication Skills?

Would you like to improve your communication skills in an international and intercultural context? In this course, you'll learn how to communicate, collaborate, and present more effectively in international settings.

During the course, you will:

  • practise giving and receiving feedback;
  • learn how to deliver a persuasive elevator pitch;
  • work on setting personal development goals;
  • explore cultural identity and intercultural communication.

You’ll learn how to read between the lines (implicit language use), present with impact (including slides, voice, and body language), and communicate diplomatically in challenging situations. You’ll also work on real-life dilemmas, role plays, and group assignments that help you develop negotiation and meeting skills in an international context.

By the end of the course, you’ll have practical tools to communicate with confidence across cultures and to express your ideas clearly and convincingly.
