In this workshop, you’ll learn how to tailor your letter to both the role and the organization, ensuring you stand out and persuade effectively. By the end of this workshop, you’ll leave with a compelling cover letter that not only conveys your motivation but also demonstrates why you’re the perfect fit for both the role and the organization.

• Why this role, why this company? Learn how to create a personal connection to the position and the organization, showing that your values and ambitions align with their mission.
• How to showcase your strengths: Discover how to effectively link your specific knowledge, skills, and experience to the job requirements and the company’s context.
• Finding the right focus: Learn how to identify which skills and knowledge are most relevant to the role and how to emphasize them in your letter.
• The power of specificity: The more specific and personal your letter, the better. We’ll guide you in choosing concrete examples that highlight your unique value.
