Standard Evaluation Protocol
The assessments are carried out by a committee of external experts based on the Standard Evaluation Protocol (SEP). The SEP protocol has been drawn up by the Dutch Universities (VSNU), the Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences (KNAW) and the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO). In compliance with this protocol, research in the faculties of Erasmus University Rotterdam is assessed every six years.
