The Erasmus School of History, Culture & Communication has appointed two new professors in the departments Arts & Culture Studies and Media & Communication.

Max Koedood studied philosophy at EUR, speaks six different languages and wrote a book for anyone who wants to learn the Dutch language.

Beatrice Hati Gitundu won the award for her research on transforming fire safety in Kenya’s informal settlements. Find out more about her research and the award
