Additional proof of enrolment
Do you need additional proof of enrolment? You can produce, download and print such proof out yourself via Osiris Student.
Proof of tuition fee payment
If you're enrolled as a student at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) and wish to register for an additional and parallel programme at another university you require proof of tuition fee payment (in Dutch: 'Bewijs Betaald Collegegeld'). Refer to this page for more information, and/or fill out an application form directly.
Applying for a new student card
You can apply for a duplicate student card online, or in person at the Erasmus Student Service Centre desk. A new card costs € 10, which you can pay by direct debit or credit card (5% surcharge). The ESSC does not accept cash payments. If your card was stolen, you do not have to pay for a new student card if you come pick it up in person and bring a receipt of your report of the theft to the police.
Forms that need to be signed for external parties
Sometimes, an organisation may ask you to have a form completed and signed by the university, which confirms that you are an EUR student or alumnus. Examples of such organisations are insurance companies (health insurance, orphans’ benefit), the Education Executive Agency (for checking enrolment) and organisations that pay out benefits, for example, child support. EUR is happy to help you with this, but keep in mind that not all forms will be signed unreservedly. Refer to the table containing a list of all forms that EUR will sign unreservedly.
You can mail a scanned copy of the form in question to the ESSC, after which a signed and stamped copy will be sent to your home address. Make sure you do not fill in any information that should be completed by the university.
You can also visit the ESSC and arrange to sign and stamp the form in person). Make sure you do not fill in any information that should be completed by the university. Depending on the type of document, it can take one to two working weeks before you receive the form.

Extract diploma information / certified copy of diploma
Students and alumni can nowadays produce an extract of their diploma information themselves. Due to the digital signature (a verifiable digital security certificate) this PDF is generally just as accepted as the former certified paper diploma extracts. Additionally, EUR-students and -alumni can register for EUR's Exam Registry, which makes it even more easy for third parties to verify your diploma information. For more information on diploma information extracts, EUR's Exam Registry, or manual diploma verification refer to the webpage 'Diploma Verification'.
