Dutch (government) funded universities must prepare so-called Teaching and Examination Regulations (TERs) for the academic programmes they offer based on the Higher Education and Scientific Research Act (WHW). These should include, among other things, a description of the content of the programme and related examinations. Erasmus University Rotterdam is also required to prepare these Teaching and Examination Regulations (TERs).
