After a successful trial in October, the University Library has licensed Artkhade until November 30th, 2026. The database provides financial and factual information about markets for heritage objects, ethnographic items, and archaeological objects from Africa, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas.
Artkhade keeps track of these markets and monitors the relative market. The already over 220,000 auction results go as far back as 1927. A special feature is the option to generate market reports. Also included is an news section containing blog posts and articles on events and trends related to the market, as well as in-dept analysis.
Based on the usage, the Library will decide whether the license will be renewed after November 2026.
