Diversity Dilemma Game
The Diversity Dilemma Game invites organisations to reflect on the choices they make and the actions they take when confronted with diversity-related dilemmas. The cases included in the game are all based on real-life situations from professional practice.
The game was developed using insights from the Doing Diversity research project by Dr Laura Westerveen, Dr Mark van Ostaijen and Prof Dr Susanne Janssen. This project explored how diversity is implemented in practice within education, cultural and sports organisations in Rotterdam.
By taking a cross-sector approach, Doing Diversity offers valuable perspectives on both the challenges and the practical solutions related to diversity in a super-diverse city.
