Summer schedule
From 20 July to 31 August 2026, we will operate on a summer schedule. During this time, it is not possible to directly book an appointment with a student counsellor. Only students with a disability can schedule an appointment directly through this webpage.
Do you have questions or need support regarding:
- (Urgent) financial hardship
- Problems paying tuition fees
- Study Progress Monitoring
- Exceptions related to enrolment or deregistration
- Complaints, objections or appeals
Please send us an email with a brief explanation of your question, problem, or situation. If necessary, we will invite you for an appointment.
