The program left me the chance to choose my own topic, and shape and develop it with the program staff. During my PhD I did a short interruption due to my participation in a project; it gave me a sort of switching back and forth between research (and discovery, reflection) and work. This program helped me to grow as a leader within my own organization, and play an according role in the outside world.
