Both education and research at the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences concentrate on man and society. The faculty highly values the connection with the outside world. Scientific knowledge contained within the ESSB is transferred to professionals, policymakers, administrators and civilians. Thus, the faculty hopes to actively contribute to finding a solution to societal questions.
