After completing my undergraduate studies in the United States, I wanted to enroll in a well-respected graduate programme that catered to my interests of public service in an international setting due to the interconnected nature of the modern world order. It was very important for me to obtain knowledge, specifically analytical knowledge, about international public management and policy in international governmental organisations, such as the EU, the UN, and WTO – among others.
Halfway through the master, I’m happy that Erasmus University Rotterdam has delivered on my above-mentioned post-graduate programme requirements by offering genuinely interesting and academically rigorous classes in global governance, EU policy making, and EU foreign policy that have been taught by engaging and well-respected professors that never hesitate to offer guidance to students.
The Master International Public Management & Policy was the right choice for me. I’ve learned to analyse events that stem from the international modern world order and to theorise application of potential contributions to that same order.
