The energy transition in the Port Industrial Complex in Rotterdam presents major challenges. Interests vary, the pressure to deliver results is high, and cooperation between organisations is essential.
At the same time, the professionals working on this transition every day possess a wealth of knowledge and experience. But how can you make the most of that knowledge and learn from one another in an environment that is constantly changing?
Take part in an AnchorED Arena. No standard seminar, but an interactive learning community in which participants develop insights and apply them immediately.
At the moment the AnchorED Arenas are all in Dutch, for registration see the Dutch version of the registration page.

AnchorED Arena
An AnchorED Arena consists of a fixed group of 15 to 25 professionals from different organisations. They meet for six half-days, once every two weeks, to discuss a specific issue or project.
Between meetings, participants apply new insights within their own organisation or project. Each session leads to a specific next step.
By the end of the Arena, participants will have a shared analysis, a direction for development, practical tools and a network to build on in their own work.
Who is it for?
The Arenas are aimed at professionals at the start or in the middle of their careers who are initiating or coordinating energy transition projects and wish to further develop their skills as changemakers. They understand that the success of a project depends not only on its content, but also on collaboration with other parties.
About AnchorED
Complex transitions require more than just technical solutions. It is often the collaboration between organisations that determines whether a project moves forward: who invests, who makes the decisions and who takes the first step?
In the AnchorED Arenas, professionals bring together knowledge, experience and diverse perspectives on current issues in the energy and materials transition. By learning from and, above all, with one another, they develop concrete courses of action and strengthen the skills needed to bring about change in practice.
After all, the knowledge that drives transitions forward does not arise from theory alone. It arises, above all, from working together on real-world challenges.
