Sticky Thoughts is an awareness campaign started to give students an (anonymous) platform to share and normalize their own experiences. On a monthly basis, prevention psychologists went around campus with a large black canvas and colorful sticky notes. The goal of this initiative is to help students further open up and recognize that they are not alone. Complementing this, a series of monthly mini-workshops also took place in the Living Room called “Brain Food,” where students were free to walk in to ask questions and get advice on topics such as anxiety and coping, stress management, loneliness, and expectation management.
