Dr. (María) Campo Comba is currently an academic researcher at the Department of International and European Union Law. She conducts research within the interdisciplinary research initiative 'Public and private interests: a new balance' at Erasmus School of Law. Her research is presently focused on the relationship between private self-regulation and public regulation and an effective implementation of public interests, specially in the EU. Previously, she obtained her PhD within the field of EU private international law at the University of Groningen.
