Biography
Longjiao is a PhD candidate in Organizational Behaviour at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Her research focuses on questions related to contemporary team arrangements, such as multiple team membership and international teams. She is particularly interested in understanding team processes through a social network lens.
