During this four-day intense programme delivered by experienced faculty from RSM and DRIFT, you will get a holistic view on the Energy Transition. You'll approach it from five perspectives: leadership & transformation, geopolitics, technology/operations, finance & innovation and social engagement & stakeholder management. This programme offers a unique mix of academic excellence and know-how, practical application and reflection. 

Supported by leading professors and expert practitioners, you will take a deep dive into the different perspectives of the Energy Transition through interactive lectures, case studies, simulations, project and group work, site visits and inspiring guest speakers. RSM’s Leading the Energy Transition programme will take you on a learning path, during which you will be confronted with the urgency of the Energy Transition.
