Op donderdag 10 september 2020 verdedigt E.D. (Eduardo) Martino zijn proefschrift, getiteld: 'Bank Governance and the Bail-in in the EU: A Law & Finance analysis on the role of bail-inable creditors'.
De promoties vinden, in verband met het coronavirus, niet op de gebruikelijke wijze publiekelijk plaats in de Senaatszaal of de Professor Andries Queridozaal. De kandidaten zullen hun proefschrift ofwel in klein gezelschap ofwel online verdedigen.
