Biography
I am a second-year PhD candidate specializing in family ownership and governance, with a particular interest in how ownership structures evolve throughout the family business lifecycle. My current research focuses on the role of Intermediary Corporate Holding Entities (e.g., family offices, trusts, foundations) in private family firms—offering new insights into the existence, function, and versatility of this emerging organizational form.

Alongside my research, I have teaching experience in our master’s program, covering Corporate Governance and Family Business, as well as Entrepreneurship at the bachelor level.
