Application EUR minors 2019-2020
Via OSIRIS Student EUR students can apply for the following minors:
LDE minors provided in cooperation with Leiden University and Technical University Delft
Partner minors provided by Leiden University or Technical University Delft
In OSIRIS Student the minors will be visible at 1 May 13:00 hrs under the button 'REGISTER'.
In 2019-2020 registration will be on a first come first serve basis. This means that when you apply for a minor, you directly register for that minor. When a minor reaches its maximum capacity, registration is no longer possible. In that case you will need to choose another minor. You can be registered for 1 minor at a time. Would you rather follow a different minor? You'll need to deregister from the first minor before you can register for a new minor. In our minor overview you can also find descriptions of the selection minors.
For the specific application (and deregister) periods, see following overview:
Selection minors 1 April up to and including 15 April 2019
EUR minors 1 May up to and including 15 July 2019
LDE-minors 1 May up to and including 15 July 2019
Partner minor 1 May up to and including 31 May 2019
All application periods open at 13:00 hrs and close at 23:59 hrs.
Please check the admissions matrix before you apply for a minor.
New available places
Because of our collaboration with TU Delft and Leiden University, we have reserved places in the EUR-minors for students from these universities. However, not all of these places were filled. This means that some minors will be open again for EUR-students from 7 June. Be aware that this is not the case for all minors. Per minor places will be made available, this will be done during the day.
For minors that were full before 7 June, spots could become available.
If you wish to register for a different minor, you have to deregister in OSIRIS for the minor you are currently enrolled in, before enrolling in the other one.
Please be aware: it could be the case that another students fills your original spot, after you have deregistered, while in the meantime the new minor of your choice is full.
Did you register for a minor in Leiden or Delft? Then you can change or deregister in OSIRIS Student until 31 May at 23:59h. After this date registering for a minor in Leiden or Delft is no longer possible. Deregistration after this deadline is only possible by contacting the minor coordination through the FAQ's in ASK Erasmus. Please note that it may take up to five 5 business days to process your request.
We would like to emphasize that the registration for a minor has to be done personally. Robotization of your registration (e.g. writing a script) will not only have consequences for your registration, but also for the registration of your fellow students.
Cancel your minor?
If you decide to cancel your minor, for example because you are going on exchange or you’ve found an internship position, please remember to deregister for the minor in OSIRIS Student. Otherwise you will occupy a valuable minor place.
Switching / deregistration
Changing minors or deregistration for a minor is possible the end of the application period. After the application deadline has passed, changing your registration will no longer be possible. Deregistration after the deadline is possible, please contact us through the FAQ's in ASK Erasmus. Please note: You can no longer register for another minor if you deregister after the deadline.
Deregistration is possible via the 'Deregistration' button in OSIRIS-student. Do not forget to confirm your deregistration at the bottom of the page.
Note: if you have registered for a minor in Leiden University or TU Delft you can change or deregister in OSIRIS Student between 1 May up to and including 31 May 2019. After this you need to contact us through the FAQ's in ASK Erasmus.
From 1 May up to and including 31 May 2019 you can create an account in Osiris Aanmeld. You can then register 1 minor preference. Click the button on the right at the bottom of the page for more info and the link to Osiris Aanmeld.
