On Thursday 26 September the first qualifying round of the BATTLE OF THE BANDS is scheduled in the new Erasmus Pavilion. As part of the 100th anniversary celebrations, Erasmus School of Economics is organizing a band competition for student bands from throughout the Netherlands. Various cover bands will go head-to-head in a musical battle to earn the title 'best' and 'most popular' student cover band in the Netherlands. Erasmus School of Economics is working together with Xplo Music & Events and SG Erasmus in this quest.
Editions
The BATTLE OF THE BANDS consists of two qualifying rounds (26 September & 3 October) and a final round on 31 October. The first band starts at 20.00.
Tickets
Tickets cost 3.50 euro and can be purchased via this link. This event is open to everyone. However, there are only 300 tickets available, so buy your ticket as soon as possible!
Location
The band competition will be held in the Erasmus Pavilion on the Woudestein campus at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. The Pavilion is located at Burgermeester Oudlaan 50 in Rotterdam.
