From 1 February until 31Â March 2017, artist Marijn van Kreij will show his work in the Erasmus Gallery. Next to that, he will open a temporary studio where students and staff members of the Erasmus University can participate in creating a new painting that will decorate the new University Library.
They can do this by visiting ‘The Studio’ in the Erasmus Gallery. From the 6th to the 17th of February the studio is open on Monday till Friday from 11:00-17:00. Students and staff members can paint two tiles, which will take about 15 to 30 minutes. The final painting will consist of 1000 tiles painted by different students and staff members.
