This September, the largest cover band competition in the Netherlands will return to Rotterdam! Erasmus School of Economics (ESE) organises, on the occasion of its 100th anniversary, a special ‘Centennial Edition’ of The Clash of the Cover Bands. Several student bands will compete against each other for the title of 'best' and 'most popular' student cover band in the Netherlands. In this competition ESE has partnered with the organisation of The Clash of the Cover Bands (The Benelux Edition) and Studium Generale & Erasmus Cultuur.
The first edition of the cover band contest will take place on Thursday, September 26, 2013. The Erasmus Pavilion located at the Erasmus University Rotterdam will host all three editions. Finalists of the competition are awarded with prizes and the well-deserved recognition of the 'best' and the 'most popular' student cover band in the Netherlands. In addition, the two winning finalists are allowed to compete in the regional semi finals of The Clash of the Cover Bands (The Benelux Edition).
