Dutch and IBEB variants of a course need to be exactly the same

We would like to remind the lecturers in the Bachelor that the Dutch variant and the IBEB variant of your course need to be identical.

As stated in the Teaching and Examination Regulations:

Article 9.4

If education units have a Dutch and an English version, both versions must have a similar type of education, identical forms of examination and identical examination assignments.

This means that all questions in the exam have to be exactly the same. In the past academic year, the IBEB exam and Dutch exam for a Bachelor course were not exactly similar.

A student found out about this and filed a complaint at the Examination Board. Therefore, please make sure that the content of the course and the exams are identical for the Dutch and IBEB variant.
