'Employers should pay more to overcome the labour shortage'

With a current level of unemployment of only 3.5%, Dutch companies are increasingly having trouble finding new employees. Jan van Ours, professor of Applied Economics, with focus on Labour, Health and Well-being at Erasmus School of Economics, is suprised that companies are not increasing wages to overcome the labour shortage.
