ESE now offers a fully functional stand-alone copy of EViews to each student who is in the Ba2 or Ba3 phase of the Econometrics program.
ESE is well aware that students require good study facilities to make the best out of the courses they follow. For students in Econometrics, this means access to the right software to apply and implement econometric techniques.
To improve the facilities available to students, ESE has decided to offer a fully functional stand-alone copy of EViews to each student who is in the Ba2 or Ba3 phase of the Econometrics program (both Dutch and English, so students in Econometrie, Econometrics, BSc2 Econometrics/Economics and pre-master). These students can install EViews on their own PCs (laptop or desktop) to use it whenever and wherever they want.
Students in Ba2 have received their personal license and installation information via the course FEB22004(X) Econometrie 1/Econometrics. Students in Ba3 will receive it via separate communication.
Because EViews is less suited for the more advanced econometric techniques required in the Master programme in Econometrics, Master students can use the campus license to obtain their own copy of Matlab.
