Goede scores Erasmus School of Economics in

Erasmus School of Economics passes with more than satisfactory grades based on an independent employee survey which aims to assess how employees perceive Erasmus University Rotterdam. Compared to the results of an identical survey that took place in 2014, Erasmus School of Economics has improved itself on virtually all fronts.

With a score of 7.5 the overall satisfaction among employees of Erasmus School of Economics is satisfactory and above benchmarks. In addition Erasmus School of Economics shows also a positive development in the seven predefined themes. For a visual illustration of the scores for each topic see the attachment. 

For Margaretha Buurman, head of HRM/Management & Policy, the results express satisfaction: "It's nice to see that we get such a good scores and that we have found our way up on the points we wanted to improve after the outcome of the 2014 survey results. For example, the predefined theme ‘leadership’ has improved significantly. However it requires attention to keep the scores at this level and to improve where possible. Take for instance the theme 'efficiency'. "
