Herman van Dijk elected as ISBA Fellow

Herman van Dijk verkozen tot ISBA Fellow

Herman van Dijk, Professor emeritus of Econometrics at Erasmus School of Economics, has been elected a fellow of the International Society of Bayesian Analysis (ISBA). The title is awarded to those ISBA members “who have made outstanding contributions in some aspect of statistical work”.  It is the first time that fellows of the Society are elected.

The ISBA was founded in 1992 to promote the development and application of Bayesian analysis useful in the solution of theoretical and applied problems in science, industry and government. It is the largest interdisciplinary society for sciences to promote Bayesian Analysis.
