Giuliano Mingardo is senior researcher at the Department of Urban, Port and Transport Economics at Erasmus School of Economics. He is specialized in parking policy and mobility management and regularly advises local governments and large companies on these issues. Among others, he is a member of the Advisory Board of the Parking Commission of the Dutch CROW/KpVV and a member of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the European Parking Association (EPA).
