On Thursday 11 January 2018 Olivier Herlem will defend his PhD thesis entitled 'Three Stories on Influence'. Supervisor is Professor Otto Swank and co-supervisor is Dr Sascha Kapoor (both Erasmus School of Economics). Other members of the committee are: Dr Hans van Kippersluis, Professor Bauke Visser (both Erasmus School of Economics) and Professor Arvind Magesan (University of Calgary).
About Olivier Herlem
Olivier Herlem studied in Sciences Po Paris in France, before he moved to The Netherlands to pursue his doctoral studies at the Tinbergen Institute. He joined Erasmus School of Economics in 2011. His research interests lie at the intersection of Game Theory, Organizational Economcs and Political Economy.
Time and location
The PhD defence will take place in the Senate Hall of Erasmus University Rotterdam and will start at 15.30 hrs.
