Raymond Cloosterman, Founder and CEO of Rituals - 'I owe a lot to Rotterdam'

Raymond Cloosterman, founder and CEO of cosmetic company Rituals, was interviewed by weekly newspaper Elsevier on his life and career. Cloosterman, who started his career at Unilever, founded his company Rituals in 2000. "It took us four years to get from one to two stores. Now, we are opening two new stores per week." 

In this interview, Cloosterman talks about his childhood, his first job at Unilever and the reasons behind starting his company Rituals. He also talks bout his time as a student in Rotterdam, when he studied Business Economics at Erasmus School of Economics, and how this shaped him as a person.
