Integration reasoning at the ECtHR: Challenging the Boundaries of Citizenship.
Prof.dr. Kristin Henrard is Professor of Fundamental Rights, in particular concerning vulnerable groups, including Minorities at EUR, at the department of International and European Law. In this talk Henrard critically analyses a recent and troubling line of jurisprudence of the ECtHR in which it allows states - in the name of 'integration' - to push religious minorities with a migrant background out of the public space.
