Application, registration and ICT
ESSB: For questions regarding your application and the necessary documents, get in touch with us!
ESSC: Contact Erasmus Student Service Centre (ESSC) in case you encounter problems with your registration at the university, payment of the tuition fees or your ERNA account and student card. Visit the ESSC desk in the Sanders building or go to their website for more information: www.eur.nl/english/essc.
ICT Service Desk: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for support related to computer facilities on campus.
Being an international student
Student Life Officer: For any practical non-study related questions you can contact our Student Life Officer via email@example.com.
Erasmus Student Network (ESN): For all practical issues an international student may encounter (such as issues with your rent, bike, practicalities, sim cards, discounts Erasmus Sports, etc.). Please visit www.esn-rotterdam.nl for more information.
Immigration Desk: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for questions related to your residence permit and/or visa after you have been accepted to your programme and nominated for a visa (from mid-May onwards).
For specific contact details of the Educational Office (for questions related to your course schedule or exam registration), Examination Board (for all requests or appeals to the rules and regulations as mentioned in the Teaching and Examination Regulations (OER)) and study advisors (for matters related to study progress difficulties, delay in studies or (learning) problems), but also other issues you might bump into (e.g., legal advice, health advice), please log in to your respective digital learning environment.
