What should such a campaign look like? "The government mainly provides information based on rational cognitive arguments, but that does not work with young people," says Professor of Entertainment Media and Social Change from the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication, Martine Bouman. She is one of the behavioral scientists who advise RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment).
