Would you like to give back to students currently enjoying their studies at EUC or are looking for career advice, support, or guidance as a student?

If yes, then mentoring is a fantastic opportunity for you.

After successfully launching MentorMe with other EUR faculties, EUC follows in their footsteps.

What is MentorMe?

MentorMe is an online platform that connects current EUC students with EUC and EUR alumni (mentors) through mentoring. MentorMe is designed to develop voluntary, one-on-one relationships with EUC and EUR alumni to share knowledge and insights gained through the years. So, as a student(mentee), you have access to a broad pool of mentors. We want to connect current students and alumni through mentoring because it helps current students and recent graduates to prepare for their future. ​

As a Mentor, you give your mentee (student) valuable career advice or just a sounding board for everyday things they encounter as a student. There is also the possibility for you as a mentor to receive support, guidance or learning from the experience of another mentor (Peer-to-peer mentoring). This allows you to expand your network and meet like-minded professionals.

The MentorMe platform is free of charge, with no costs for students or alumni.

When will we start MentorMe?

The EUC MentorMe programme will start on 25 January 2024. All second- and third-year students can sign up to participate. The programme goes live on 24 January 2024 and actively runs for three months, followed by an evaluation. During these three months, the Mentor and Mentee should have two to three conversations.

How does it work?

For mentees ( Students)

1. Register as a student(mentee) by filling out the registration form below.
2. After registration, you will receive an invitation to create an account on the MentorMe platform. You need to make sure your profile is ready before the launch date of January 25, 2024
3. Once your account is activated, you can connect with alumni (mentors) whose education, interests and career path closely match your own.
4. After you find the right mentor, you may send a request for a consultation call

  For Mentors (alumni)

1. Register as an alumnus (mentor) by completing the registration form below.
2. Upon registration as a mentor, you will receive an invitation to create an account, including a profile on the MentorMe platform. Make sure you have your profile ready by the launch date (25 January 2024) 
3. You can use your LinkedIn account to fill out your profile or add all information manually. You can indicate in your MentorMe account what advice you will give.
4. The actual mentoring will run from 25 January 2024 until 25 March 2024
5. During these three months, we ask you to schedule 2-3 consultation calls with students. Update your availability in the MentorMe platform; this will help students book consultations only when you are available.
