In November 2016 the International Juvenile Justice Observatory (IJJO) appointed the Erasmus School of Law, represented by dr. Jolande uit Beijerse, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law, as a Member of the European Council for Juvenile Justice (ECJJ).
This membership grants the ESL the status of Member of the IJJO network of professionals and experts in the Academic Section of the European Council for Juvenile Justice during the period of 2016-2020. Through this appointment, the International Juvenile Justice Observatory expresses its recognition and appreciation of the work of Uit Beijerse on the implementation of the Council’s activities.
