New position for Bastian Ravesteijn at Harvard University

PhD candidate Bastian Ravesteijn will start on September 1 as a Commonwealth Fund Harkness Fellow in Health Care Policy and Practice at the department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School.

Ravesteijn was recently awarded a Harkness Fellowship by the Commonwealth Fund. The Commonwealth Fund’s Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice provide a unique opportunity for mid-career health services researchers and practitioners to spend up to 12 months in the United States, working together with leading U.S. health policy experts.

Bastian Ravesteijn is an alumnus of the MPhil program of the Tinbergen Institute (2011) and a PhD candidate in economics at Erasmus School of Economics under the supervision of Professor Eddy van Doorslaer. His research interests include health economics, labor economics, and microeconometrics.
