Opportunities after graduating

At RSM, your bachelor studies will expand your expertise in subjects like data science, marketing, consulting, or finance. At the same time, you will be working on your skills for collaboration, presentation, and critical thinking. These skills open doors for you to be able to follow a range of careers. Here are some common steps that IBA graduates have taken in their professional journeys:

Many opt for consulting (47%), finance and accounting (29%), information technology (9%), consumer goods (8%), or logistics (7%).

A majority of IBA graduates keep studying at RSM after the IBA programme. They join a master's degree programme to gain specialised skills before embarking on their careers. More than 90% of these students find a job within six months of graduating from their master’s programme.

About 25% of IBA graduates take a gap year. They use it for travel or gaining more experience in internships, study exchanges, a year on the board of STAR, or personal projects.
