Application fee

For the academic year 2024/2025, all applicants with an international diploma who want to apply for a (pre)master's degree programme at Erasmus School of Economics will have to pay an application fee of €100. By paying this fee you commission the Examination Board to process and review your application documents.

After registering in Studielink you will receive an email to continue to the EUR Admissions Portal where you can continue your application. You will be asked to pay the mandatory application fee via the Erasmus payment website. Via this payment website you will be able to pay the application fee by either creditcard or paypal. Before you are able to continue your application and submit the required application documents, the application fee needs to be paid.

It is not possible to enquire about possible admittance prior to your payment. Such enquiries cannot be answered. There are no exemptions possible from paying the application fee. For each master degree application and each pre-master application the application fee needs to be paid.

Please note that the application fee will not be refunded no matter the outcome of the application decision, nor will it be refunded when an applicant wishes to withdraw the application after payment.

How to pay

Click on the link to the Erasmus payment website in the EUR Admissions Portal and carefully follow the instructions. It is important that you complete the payment process as indicated otherwise the system cannot register the payment. After the payment is complete you will see a confirmation screen. This is the only confirmation you will receive.

You can pay the application fee by creditcard or paypal.

Problems with payment

If you are experiencing any problems with your payment via the Erasmus payment website please contact us via our contact form and report the problem. Always mention your student ID number.
