Required application documents

In order for us to determine your admissibility you are required to upload several documents via the EUR Admissions Portal. Here you can find a list of those documents and a brief description. Please make sure your documents meet the application and admission criteria before the application deadline: applicants with an EEA nationality: 1 May 2024. Applicants with a non-EEA nationality: 1 April 2024. If your documents do not meet the application and admission criteria and the application deadline has passed your application can be withdrawn.

1. A copy of your university diploma or graduation statement

A scanned copy of your bachelor diploma or, in case you have not graduated yet, a graduation statement. Download the graduation statement and fill in the requested information. After completing the document ask an official of your university to sign and stamp the statement. If your university provides its own graduation statement it will be accepted too, as long as the requested information is provided. Only a scanned copy of a certified official graduation statement is accepted.

If you are admissible you will be requested to upload a certified graduation statement or a certified copy of your diploma via the Certified Documents Portal. Once you have graduated you will always have to email a certified copy of your diploma if you were admitted based on a certified graduation statement.

2. A copy of your university transcript

Scanned copy of your transcript (final grade list), or in case you have not graduated yet, a scanned copy of your most recent grade list. Your transcript needs to be an official document. Print screens from a grade system are not accepted. This grade list needs to be signed and stamped by a university official.

If you are admitted you will have to upload a certified copy of your transcript via the Certified Documents Portal. You will need to send in a certified copy of your final transcript  via email once you have graduated.

3. Overview of courses to be obtained

If you have not graduated yet and you are still participating in courses belonging to your programme please submit an overview of all courses that you have yet to obtain and the credits that they are worth.

Please find an example of such an overview (pdf) here.

Your English test score report needs to meet the minimum score requirements before the application deadline. Keep in mind that it takes about 14 days for your scores to be published when planning your English test appointment.

If you want to use the option of TOEFL Best Scores please upload the test score report that shows your Best Scores overview. This is shown on your TOEFL score report.

If you want to use the option of combining valid academic IELTS score reports, please upload a pdf file that combines the relevant and valid IELTS score reports.
