You can apply for a change form for digital authorisation of the direct debit payment of tuition fees by emailing the department of tuition fees via firstname.lastname@example.org. The change form is also hardcopy available at Erasmus Student Service Centre.
Hand in the form at Erasmus Student Service Centre or email a scanned copy to the department of tuition fees via email@example.com.
Please note: as stated in the accounts receivable protocol, during the term of the authorisation this can not be revoked or changed. It is therefore not possible to change the way of payment. The bank account number can be changed.
