On Behalf of Erasmus School of Economics, EFR and University of Amsterdam, we would like to invite you to a lecture from Erik Dirksen.
During the lecture, he will provide an overview of Western involvement with the Russian economy over the past forty years. The session will conclude with a discussion on the following question:
How should we view economic relations with Russia following a possible future peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine?
After a first lecture given by Erik Dirksen in Amsterdam, attended by over 150 alumni, there is a second lecture organised at our Campus in Sanders building in room 0-04 on Tuesday 16 June from 17:00 onwards.
This lecture will be given in Dutch.
Erik Dirksen, currently affiliated with the Amsterdam Business School, previously worked as an economist at the former East Europe Institute of the University of Amsterdam and at the chair of Economics of Centrally Planned Economies.
