Profile
I am interested to find out the link between decentralization and several metrics of well-being (i.e. subjective and objective). Aside from Public Finance topics, I also focus my research on general issues of public services such as inequality in education and health. The object of analysis comprises South-East Asia and Oceania Region.
Under the guidance of Prof. Syed Mansoob Murshed and Ass. Prof. Sylvia I. Bergh, my current research will examine the determinants of regional proliferation in Indonesia and fiscal decentralization in developing countries. Additionally, it also elaborates the mediating effects of institutional quality on the relationship between fiscal decentralization, growth, and inequality in developing countries.
