Profile
Niels Agatz is an Associate Professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where he also serves as the academic director of the MSc program in Supply Chain Management. His research focusses on the planning and control of (e-)retail operations and logistics systems. He is particularly interested in new applications in last-mile delivery, e-fulfillment, ridesharing and on-demand transportation. His research has been published in leading international journals as Transportation Science and Transportation Research Part B.
