Title: Is self-reported health comparable across (and within) countries?

Project Description

Self-reported health is a very popular, valuable and convenient measure of health. Its subjective nature, however, raises issue about comparability across countries and across groups of individuals within countries. This project will use anchoring vignettes to identify and correct for heterogeneity in the reporting of health with the aim of improving interpersonal comparability of subjective self-reported health.
