Drinking beer while saving the planet? That was the mission of the Alumni+ event on Thursday, November 25th, 2022, at Stadshaven Brouwerij Rotterdam. With the help of inspiring stories and a guided tour, attendees immersed themselves in a world of sustainable beer brewing and food.

Co-founder and managing director of Stadshaven Brouwerij Harm van Deuren explained more about the origins of the brewery and their desire to brew beer using an increasingly sustainable process. Founder of De Buik van Rotterdam, podcast maker, and trend watcher Gijsbregt Brouwer continued with his story on the latest trends in food in terms of sustainability.
