Co-founder and managing director of Stadshaven Brouwerij Harm van Deuren explained more about the origins of the brewery and their desire to brew beer using an increasingly sustainable process. Founder of De Buik van Rotterdam, podcast maker, and trend watcher Gijsbregt Brouwer continued with his story on the latest trends in food in terms of sustainability.
