Seven international students. One Spanish apartment. No rules. A single year of studying turns into an adventure of a lifetime when Xavier, a French student, moves to Barcelona as part of an Erasmus student exchange program. Sharing cramped quarters with students from all over Europe quickly leads to multi-cultural chaos and Xavier gets an eye-opening lesson on life, much to the dismay of beautiful girlfriend Martine.
