ESSB TMS Lab

TMS lab for behavioural research

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive technique that can be used to influence brain activity in a precise manner. Short magnetic pulses are used to temporarily stimulate or inhibit a specific area of the brain. In research, we use TMS to gain insight into brain functioning, the relationship between brain processes and human behavior, and for applications within clinical neuroscience.
