Inaugrual lecture by Professor Thea Hilhorst
On 22 September, ISS professor Thea Hilhorst held her inaugural lecture on 'Aid-society relations in humanitarian crises and recovery'.
In her lecture she provided an outline of her research on humanitarian aid and reconstruction and how this fits into the 'When disasters meet conflict' research project which she leads at ISS.
